The home was perfect for our 3 families staying for Derby weekend. The kitchen and living room area was a great gathering place for our big group. We enjoyed the yard and grill. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and located close to Churchill Downs. Thank you Dennis for providing a great place and a memorable experience.

Dennis' place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, Just a 10 minute drive to the Kentucky Exposition Center, where we traveled for The Bourbon and Beyond Music Festival! Dennis was very accommodating and helpful letting us check in early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Dennis was so accommodating and quick to respond to any and all questions, before and during our stay. The house was exactly as pictured and stocked with everything you could need. We had a large group and everyone felt comfortable, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This place was perfect for our group of 10. It was not far from all of the places we went to in Louisville. I also really appreciated how clean the unit was. Dennis was an awesome host. He was so prompt and accommodating. I'd recommend staying here for anyone looking for a reasonable and comfortable place to stay in the Louisville area.
